I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders shipped across Australia.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

I accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: I do not accept returns on original artworks, sale items or gift cards.


Change of Mind Returns

I understand sometimes things just aren’t quite right.

I offer exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind returns, provided the item meets our return conditions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

I’ll organise a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email me with your order details

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Send your item back to me

I recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

As a Pilbara-based small business, return delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia.
